Bridging

Good for switching on the gluteal and abdominal muscles which are weak in most people, especially those who spend a lot of time sitting in front of computers.

  1. As you mention Bridging is good for switching on the gluteal and abdominal muscles and shown how to do it. Will it work for everyone who is suffering from same problem and condition is much critical or you will suggest other therapies like Osteopathy , chiropractic etc.
